Winnie the Pooh Inspiration Hop

Welcome to the November SNS Inspiration Hop!  I'm so thrilled that we are featuring some of the new Classic Winnie the Pooh products in the shop- they are so much fun!  I've always been a fan of Classic Pooh & friends, so it's been awesome watching the new products roll out since they became public domain!  Echo Park is just one paper crafting company having a lot of fun with it and their Christmas release has a ton of great products.  I had a hard time selecting a few favorites to use for this Inspiration Hop!  Of course, you can check them all out this weekend and save 20% on so many cute products!

Remember to stop & leave comments along the way... each one is a chance to win this month's $50 GC giveaway!

I chose products to work with this month that would really give me what I needed for some quick & easy cards.  The 6x6 paper pad has so many fun patterns as well as pages that are perfect for cutting up as a focal element or inside sentiment on a card.  I've used a combination of patterned paper and chipboard stickers on both cards I'm sharing today.  Both are on a Kraft base & include something extra as well.

For this Merry & Bright card, I stamped the coordinating sentiment from a stamp set over the background, then spritzed over it with some Distress Spritz for extra shimmer.  I love how well this strip of patterned paper works with the sticker image as well- it was so easy to coordinate it and finish off with a bit of red twine.

I cut the focal image from the paper pad on this card and added some smaller chipboard stickers as embellishments.  A bit of crinkle ribbon was added with a tiny attacher (Tim Holtz's mini stapler). The only ink on this one is a bit around the cut edges to finish it off.

Great card ideas using the Winnie the Pooh collection Tara! Your classic layouts would be great for mass producing cards with different focal point images from the collection.

Hi Tara. Your cards are just so cute. I love Winnie the Pooh. Eeyore is my favorite Pooh character. I like how the papers and stickers make such quick and creative cards the way everything matches. You cards really made me smile to day.
