I've been looking forward to making something with this autumn stamp set featuring Classic Eeyore, and today I'm sharing one that was quick & easy and reminds me of the basic black lined illustrations in the Classic Winnie the Pooh books, which I LOVE. Eeyore has always been my favorite and I really love that even though he can be pretty moody and sad, clearly autumn leaves make him happy!
This card features simple black stamping with Versafine Clair Nocturne onto patterned paper from the 6x6 Classic Pooh paper pad- which has fun patterns and lovely neutrals like the ones you see featured on my card today!
I stamped leaves on the rust patterned paper and an extra on a scrap to add as an embellishment, tying it with some teal twine for a little burst of color. The only other inking on this card is a bit of edging in Rusty Hinge Distress Ink . It's definitely a quick and simple card... and I love it! Hope you do too!
