I had some fun with one of the sweet mini stamp designs by Altenew- Classic Sneakers! If you can't wear yellow shoes in the summertime, when can you!? (Personally, I'll be wearing mine through fall...)
I paired my yellow sneakers (colored with Distress Watercolor Pencil Crayons) with a big bold sentiment die cut from a Kraft tag. I tied a bit of yellow crinkle ribbon and mounted it all on a fabulous background that I simply folded in half from a piece of Ready-to-use Mixed Media paper by Vicki Boutin! This makes a slightly unusual card size of 4x8 inches, but I'm sure it'll serve it's purpose just fine!
These shoes will be great for a variety of occasions, but I can't help but smile thinking of my 3 year old grandson admiring a pair of yellow shoes :)
