Gold Bless You

I had some fun with Color Burst again... I'm pretty much addicted to making backgrounds with this stuff.  It's so much fun!  I wanted to make a simple card to feature one of my new Wildflower dies (I've been wanting these pretties by Tim Holtz for a while now!) and when I found this perfectly sized piece of watercolor paper on my (messy) workspace I knew the direction I would be heading...

Here's how my background started out.  A spritz of water, a few sprinkles of Color Burst, more water and some bursts with my heat tool... add more as needed and continue until it's fabulous :)

The sentiment is by Paper Smooches.  The boldness called out to be glittered up with Stickles, simple & sparkly is always good!

This card was featured last week as my Tuesday with Tara post on the Scrap N Stamp blog- visit me there and leave a comment for a chance to win some surprise goodies!
