Our Stamp of the Month is a gorgeous Notes & Boughs collage by LaBlanche stamps! These stamps are unique in that they are made from silicone and mounted on a foam block, so you can stamp easily with minimal pressure. Here's what we made with it... all cards feature Echo Park's This & That Christmas paper collection! Love it :)
Julie (mom) made this card by embossing the image in brown on a wood grain patterned paper, she then used Faber Castel Big Brush markers to add some simple colouring. The sentiment is by Hero Arts.
For this next one I stamped with black Archival Ink onto pearlescent white cardstock. The image was then coloured with Distress Markers, including the entire background with antique linen to soften the white. The sentiment was cut from one of the patterned papers :)
We wanted to do at least one card that wasn't specific to Christmas, so we stamped the boughs on a #5 tag which had been inked with Distress Ink! The sentiment is by Hero Arts.
This final card features an image that has been coloured directly on the rubber with Distress Markers! I love the soft effect it gives to detailed stamps like these. Sentiment by Hero Arts.
All four of these also feature a CLUE as to the theme of our Seriously Creative November challenge... :) Watch for details coming up on the challenge blog this weekend!
