Fabric Flower

Today I've got a tag that Mom created for our May Challenge (hand made flowers) to share with you!  Isn't it pretty?

She cut several flowers (Tim Holtz Tattered Florals) out of fabric and tulle and sprayed them with a Starburst Spray from Lindy's Stamp Gang, then painted some of them with some Glitter Glam from Tattered Angels- which added both sparkle and stiffness to them.  She left one flower flat and then folded the rest in quarters and stapled them to the base, finishing it off with a pretty button.

The stem is a Lifestyle Crafts die, the stamp is also by Tim Holtz.  The tag is Kraft, spritzed with Ranger Ink Refresher, crumpled (breaks down the fibers and gives it the coolest texture!) then brushed with Perfect Pearls.  The butterflies were painted with leftover spray and glaze that was on the craft mat ;)

We'd love to see you play along with us this month over on our Challenge blog!
