... you can't expect me to be neat too!
Today, as you read this post, I am sitting in the Ranger Classroom getting all inky with amazing artists from around the world, learning from Tim Holtz, Claudine Hellmuth and Dyan Reavely! How lucky am I to be chosen to be among them?!? Hopefully the next post I share with you here will include a look at what I learned or created at Ranger University!
So today my card really highlights Distress Stains! Here's a peek at the colours I used on these butterflies:
Aren't they sunny & cheery? Like the weather outside (I'm ever hopeful spring is really here...) The background of this card is almost completely coloured with Distress Stains as well. The print was part of the paper, as were the orange postage stamps on the bottom right corner. I kept this card really simple to let the background shine. This paper is from the Mistables collection by Pink Paislee, but we've got some fun ones from Heidi Swapp in the store right now too! They make it so easy to get amazing results, and the papers are thick enough to withstand layers of ink & paint without warping. Fabulous products!
