you're my type.

As always, one lucky winner will be chosen at random from the comments along the way on this hop to win a $50 gift certificate!  If you feel like shopping, don't miss the Punny Valentine Sale offering 20% off an assortment of fabulous products!

The full hop details can be found on the SNS blog!  If you're following along, you should be arriving from Kate's YouTube page and next after me you'll visit Deepa :)

Here's a bit about my card-

My card features the Curiosity Shop stamp set by Tim Holtz with a little punny help from the Type Talk stamp set by Concord & 9th!  It's another really fun set that features a typewriter, though one a bit more modern than the one you see featured on this card.  I stamped and embossed the typewriter with Distress Embossing Glaze in Scorched Timber on Kraft cardstock and I love the the bold shine.

My typewriter is layered on two pieces.  First there's some book print which I stamped several other images from the Curiosity shop stamp set on.  Under that I have a background with a mix of sprays- Distress Oxide, Distress Spray Stain & Distress Spritz.  I added a few hearts from the Falling Hearts die, which I love as a background but also because it gives you a ton of little hearts for filler.

Lastly I added a bit of washi tape and a little twine bow, which I adhered using the tiny attacher tool, which adds the teensiest little staples.  I think they are about 1/4" wide.  It's a nice detail, especially for more masculine or gender neutral cards, like this one!

Hope you like it!  I've definitely not spent much time making these last several months (I think I've been trying to use this stamp set since October!) so I'm hoping 2025 will allow me more creative play time!

If you've read this far... it's time to get back to the Inspiration Hop!  Next up is the fabulous Deepa!

Inky hugs & Happy New Year,

Tara
