We Won't Give Up

I've got another simple project to share with you... featuring wedding photos, of course :)

I purchased a multi layered frame from Hobby Lobby when it was half price a bit ago- it's got a great distressed wood finish that I thought would complement some black & white photos nicely.  I've had it sitting with photos in it for a while, trying to decide how to embellish it... then I unpacked a box that had these fabulous wooden letterpress blocks in it!  The tricky part is that there was just one of each letter, so I tried several words and phrases and finally settled on 'Won't Give Up' since it's from our song :)

I added a kraft tag with the 'we' on it so it makes more sense, plus it gave me a spot to add some pretty printed flowers.  I stamped our names & wedding date on kraft as well (though I'm thinking I'll glue the actual wood stamp in this same spot once I'm done using it in my scrapbook!) and added a few kraft heart stickers (also from our wedding invitations).

 

Don't the wood chips on our front porch complement it nicely?  LOL  Here's a close up:

I thought I'd finish this post off by sharing our song with you!  Brian dedicated this to me early in our relationship and we danced in the rain to it on our wedding day... enjoy!
