Introducing our March 2012 Stamp of the Month...Desert Critters Gang by Lindy's Stamp Gang! This whimsical stamp set has 11 different stamps, including fabulous witty sentiments to match these unique images! Not only are there great images and sentiments on this set, you're going to love the price! These stamps were such a great value that we've added EZ mount to each SOTM set and included it in the price of just $12 per set (and that's before the SOTM 35% discount!).
We hope you like what you've done with the stamps this month. Our Seriously Creative Design Team member, Janet, helped me with samples for the board this month. We've used papers from the "Follow Your Heart" collection by My Mind's Eye as our palette for the board.
I had fun using this great honeycomb patterned paper together with the turtle. My new fave thing to do is spraying Goosebumps by Tsukineko over an image coloured with Copics... it looks super cool in person, perfect for reptiles and such :) Here's a close up that hopefully shows the texture. You can also see the shimmer in the background of the card from using one of my new Moon Shadow Mists, also from Lindy's Stamp Gang. These fit right in with my addiction to kraft cardstock ;)
Lastly, the worst photo of the lot... but I do love this iguana stamp! I used the same technique as above, spraying him with Goosebumps. One thing about using a flash, it really picked up the shimmer from the Moon Shadow Mist I sprayed in the background here!
Here's a better shot of the card... but I think I'll leave that first one there since the shimmer shows so nicely :)
Thanks for reading! Which of these critters is your favourite? I'd love to know!

Here's two cards Janet made (you can see more details on her blog):
Isn't this frog 'toadally awesome'? ;)
... and this armadillo!? He looks awesome with a crackle finish!
