Life often feels like it's just a series of changes... this week is no exception!
We're sorry to announce that we'll be saying 'goodbye' to a member of our design team, Eulanda. We knew this day would come eventually when Eulanda moved away from Williams Lake, but we've absolutely loved having her as a part of our team and we know you all have enjoyed her gorgeous samples on display in the store! Eulanda is of course, always welcome to share her creations with us and you can still find a link to her blog on the 'places to go' section in our sidebar!
Thanks for the inspiration, Eulanda! We can't wait to see where your talents will take you in the future!
There is some good news too, however... we're also introducing a new member to our design team! Beatrix has been a customer of Creative Accents ever since we started sharing space with Memory Lane in a tiny hole in the wall shop in Delaney's... how many of you can remember those days? Not too many, I'm guessing! She's been making cards & stamping for about 13 years!
Beatrix is a lady of many talents (you may have seen her at the Medieval Market in years past- selling scarves, purses, quilts, handmade books & soap) with a style that might be described as Shabby Chic. Her projects are colourful and often inspired by nature and she loves using Basic Grey products. Cards by Beatrix often feature many intricate details like stitches and bits of stamping.
Welcome to our design team, Beatrix! Here's a few of her recent cards- enjoy! I've got a few more to photograph, so I'll hopefully add them here next week!
Beatrix does not have a blog, as she lives west of town, where the dial-up is painfully slow... you'll have to watch for her projects to be posted here :)
