I've been wanting to try my hand at making a rainbow since I got my hands on the MFT Oblong STAX dies and St. Patrick's Day seems like a perfect time to make a rainbow card... even if my 'pot of gold' happens to be some yellow flowers & a bunch of bling!
I arranged dies (skipping a size between each) on a Magnetic Sizzix Platform, and cut layers in three colors which I had inked up with Distress Ink blends. I paired it with a sentiment by Crafter's Companion- it's the sunshine die paired with a variety of sentiments to mix & match with it. (It may not be available anymore, but it was part of their Sunflower collection if you find it in stock somewhere!). I had some yellow flowers sitting on my desk, so they seemed like a really fun fit, together with a bunch of bling!
I added some heart shaped "clouds" to the other edge of the rainbow for a soft finish... and mounted everything on a stitched rectangle layer for a white on white card base!
