Just a quick post to share with you what we've been doing at our Coffee & a Card Drop ins at the store this month! If you're not familiar with it, we do a drop in on Thursdays at the store (normally every other week, but for the month of July... EVERY Thursday!) where you can come and enjoy a cup of joe & make a fun, simple card for just $2! It's a bargain, I tell ya, and a great way to take a little time for yourself!
Here's the card we did yesterday- we featured Cosmo Cricket's Upcycle collection with this fab coordinating stamp by Unity. We inked it up with a kissing technique using the Reflections stamps by Tim Holtz.
... and last week we make this little cutie- featuring some fun colour blocking and instead of stamps, we used rub-ons! Simple & sweet!
We'd love to see you next Thursday at our Coffee & a Card drop in- we're also extending the hours of the drop in this summer, so you can come anytime between 11am-5pm to make your card! If you're not a coffee lover (gasp!) we also have tea and juice available :)
